6-Week Everyday Mindfulness
for Health and Wellbeing
Class will begin Monday Sept 18. This is a hybrid pilot course offered to current Facebook members. If you have been wanting to learn more about mindfulness, meditation, stress management, and living in the moment, you need to prioritize yourself now and take this class. Classes consist of pre-recorded video and a weekly Zoom for feedback and learning. The zooms will be recorded, if you cannot make it live.
