Greetings from the heart of Costa Rica!
A few weeks ago, I embarked on a journey to scout the venue for the April 16-21st retreat, and little did I know, the universe had a grand plan in motion.
Upon arriving at the initial venue, I found myself surrounded by the clatter of construction, a stark contrast to the tranquil haven I envisioned for our sacred gathering. Amidst the noise and chaos, a realization dawned – this was not the soulful sanctuary I had dreamt of sharing with you.
Undeterred, I began to energetically call in a space that would resonate with the essence of our retreat, and lo and behold, this amazing place, an oasis nestled in the lush embrace of the Nicoya Peninsula was delivered. Picture this – a retreat center in the heart of the jungle, where two sacred rivers converge, and the symphony of birds and monkeys serenade you to sleep in modern treehouse abodes.

🎶Cacao Ritual & Sound Healing : The first night, together we will gather to open your heart with a sacred chocolate sipping ceremony and later in the week heal ourselves with the vibrations of sound.
🏊♀️Pool & River Bathing: Walk, swim and float in the sacred rivers that converge on the property, shower under the waterfalls. Choose to sit by the lap pool and take a dip in the inviting water to complete your reset.
🐠Tortuga Island Boat Trip, Snorkeling, & BBQ Lunch. This full-day excursion starts with a panga boat ride from the beach in Montezuma up the Nicoya Bay where you will view the beautiful coast line from the sea and embark on the island for fun with the ticos.

The jungle lofts are shared accommodations with twin beds, Each of our six Jungle Lofts places each guest at eye level with the forest canopy and her passing monkeys, singing tropical birds, and scented floral trees. There is a deck with a chaise and hammock to take it all in.
There are two studios with king beds available for $3200. One Studio House is amidst our Butterfly Garden and the other Studio House overlooks the cascading waterfalls. From each Studio House’s observation deck, each guest has plenty of room to perch on a chaise lounge or hammock with a favorite book, pair of binoculars, digital camera and a glass of fresh spring water.

Things to Keep in Mind
- A $1600 deposit is required to hold your spot immediately (because the trip is less than 90 days away and change in venues)
- Final payment is due 3/1/24
- Due to the financial responsibility of Jacquie and Project Mindful, for booking and holding the retreat property, all payments are non refundable. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance within 14 days of booking to access “Cancel Anytime” coverage (Travelguard, Squaremouth, Tinleg and Good Allianz are good options).
- Fly into Liberia airport ideally by 11am. (There is a flight from Newark nonstop)
- It is strongly recommended you wait until the trip is confirmed to run (2/17/24) before booking airfare or making any non-refundable travel arrangements.
- Currently, there are no COVID requirements to enter Costa Rica or the United States (for US citizens)
