Option 1: Mindfulness 101

Description: Our Mindfulness 101 workshop is a 45-minute introduction to Mindfulness, designed to give your employees practical tools they can use to reduce stress and improve focus in their daily lives. In this workshop, they will learn:

 

  • What Mindfulness is and why it’s important
  • Basic Mindfulness practices they can do anywhere, anytime
  • Tips for incorporating Mindfulness into their daily routines

Option 2: Calming the Busy Mind Course

Description: Our Calming the Busy Mind Course is a four-class series designed to help your employees develop a more Mindful approach to their work and personal lives. Each class is 30, 45, or 60 minutes long, and covers a specific topic related to Mindfulness and stress management. Topics include:

 

  • Mindful breathing and relaxation techniques
  • Strategies for managing distractions and increasing focus
  • Mindful communication and building better relationships
  • Cultivating a daily Mindfulness practice

Option 3: Individual Coaching Sessions

Description: Our individual coaching sessions offer personalized support for employees who want to dive deeper into Mindfulness and stress management. Each session is 30 minutes long and tailored to the individual’s needs and goals. Topics may include:

 

  • Overcoming specific stressors or challenges
  • Developing a personalized Mindfulness practice
  • Improving communication and relationships with colleagues
  • Balancing work and personal responsibilities
