Mindful programs that include working together in a group or individually

Jacquie has changed the way she works with clients in order to offer the most growth and transformation in a short time. She is asking clients to commit to working in 6 month increments and to serious and lasting change.

I will help you tune into what is important, and let go of what is not. Mindful life coaching can motivate you to make the changes you need to realize who you are and why you are here. Examples of this include:

LEVEL I:

  • Developing a personal meditation/mindfulness practice
  • Being more positive and present as a person/parent/partner
  • Discovering what you value and learning how to live according to those values
  • Using mindfulness and spiritually focused problem solving to help you live more peacefully
  • Connecting deeper to yourself in order to connect to those you love.

LEVEL II:

  • You already have a mindfulness practice and wish to work more deeply
  • You are open to learning about how to love yourself and let go of things that keep you stuck
  • Commitment to yourself and doing “the work” of acceptance and living a life of love
  • Willing to let go of control in some areas of your life
  • Spend time in daily practices of opening up to your true self

Individual Programs

Level 1: Presence (3 Months)

  • (6) 60 minute individual sessions done virtually or in person
    individualized, personal practice and healing
  • Assessments to help you understand your values, understand yourself better and create success (deep connections) in your life
  • Specific assignments that help you to lean into the present moment and really get you feeling focused, calm, empowered and loving.
  • Unlimited email support
  • Short 5/10 minutes calls when needed
  • Optional Monthly Personal growth and transformation zoom calls with Jacquie in group
  • Option to join Jacquie’s other offerings(retreats, classes, etc)at a
    reduced rate.

 

Level 2: Self Love (6 Months)

  • (12) 60 minute individual sessions done virtually or in person
  • More individualized and personal practice and healing
  • Assessments to help you understand your blocks to self love and
    create success (deep connections) in your life
  • Specific assignments that help you to learn to love yourself fully, let go of judgement, criticism and comparison
  • A 6 month personal action plan broken down into 30 day increments
  • Unlimited email support
  • Short 5/10 minute calls when needed
  • Optional Monthly Personal growth and transformation zoom calls with Jacquie in group
  • Option to join Jacquie’s other offerings at reduced rate or no charge

Learning how to bring my attention in to the present moment through sound and breath. Breath is the main tool and how we work with it will make all the difference in your transformation.

Peace & Pain In The Body

Paying attention to the body and the way it communicates with us, learning how to stop resisting pain and accept the moment so that we can heal and not be afraid of emotion and physical pain.

Peace In The Mind

Discover the hijacking of the mind into stress mode as it is happening. Learn tools to take control of your thoughts and actions and the science of stress and how that effects each choice you make. 

Peace In Your Heart

Understand what it means to live open heartedly. Practicing self compassion and opening to the idea of loving yourself unconditionally. This idea of getting comfortable with uncomfortable.
