Project Mindful offers individual sessions and small group sessions to help you find your way.

Mindfulness can help us to tune in to what is important,to let go of what is not. It helps you to learn to love yourself just as you are.  Mindful life coaching can motivate you to make the changes you need to realize who you are and why you are here. Examples of this include:

  • Developing a personal meditation/mindfulness practice
  • Being more positive and present as a person/parent/partner
  • Discovering what you value and learning how to live according to those values
  • Using mindfulness and spiritually focused problem solving to help you live more peacefully
